What you need to know:

• Only one request per order.
• Cancelling and reversing a spell will not affect you negatively.
  
• The order number of the spell you want cancelled must be included along with this order.
• All cancellation requests are completed within a 6-hour period from time of purchase.
• Custom Spells take up to 12-hours to complete.
